There are seven smart, well appointed, colour coordinated rooms, all with colour TV and hospitality tray complete with coffee, tea, chocolate drink and biscuits. All our rooms are centrally heated and have wash basins and shaver points. We also provide bath and hand towels for our guest's use.
We do ask our guests not use travel irons in the rooms as accidents do happen. We are always pleased to provide a steam iron and ironing board in a safe place.
Rooms 1 to 4 are on the first floor, up one easy stairway. Rooms 6, 7, and 8 are on the second floor, up a further stairway.
In the pictures to the right you can see our entrance hall, spacious breakfast room and our comfortable, first floor residents lounge.
(Click on any of the photos here to see larger images.)
There are photos of many of our rooms below and to the left, also at the bottom of this page. Please feel free to browse through them.
The first photo on the left is of Room 1 on the first floor, a quiet, single room at the rear of the house, conveniently close to a shower and toilet.
The next two pictures show Room 2, a small single room in peach at the rear of the house once again, next to a shower and toilet.
Room 3 is a nice, quiet twin with en-suite shower and toilet.
Room 4 is a warm cream coloured double, once again with en-suite shower and toilet.
On the second floor, we start with Room 6, a nice room in peach and white, and as you will soon see, one of the the cheapest ways to stay here.
Room 7 is very similar to Room 6 apart from being in a cool blue colour scheme
Room 8 is a pleasant, comfortable single room in turquoise.
We also have a sunny, furnished patio garden where in summer or nice weather, guests may read or relax under a parasol.

The local map shows that we are conveniently situated to the west of Norwich on the B1108 between the inner and outer ring roads.
The B1108, which becomes the Earlham Road has a direct link with the Southern Bypass (A47 Trunk) to the west of Norwich, so motorists visiting for the first time do not have to negotiate the perils of the city centre's one-way system to find us. Visitors arriving at the rail or bus stations will need a taxi to cross town.
The University of East Anglia, the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital and it's complex of training schools and the associated Research Park, John Innes Centre and new UEA Sports Centre plus the University Village are a 20 minute stroll away.
Almost opposite our house is our local shopping centre with a large Somerfield supermarket for foods and newspapers, etc., post office, family care, shoe shop, flower shop, etc.
There are several good quality, moderately priced eating establishments within a short walk from our guesthouse and many more in the city centre.
On street parking is freely available at the guesthouse.
